We are constantly seeking Full Stack Developer Interns for this continuous, paid internship program. Performance based, this can turn into a permanent hire position. Education - Degree or Certificate in Computer Science from an accredited University
The Full Stack Development Internship Program is the prerequisite for a Software Developers Position here at Cause of a Kind. This is a PAID internship, working on live customer accounts, leading to a potential full-time hire position. Your title will be Junior, Software Developer, however, you will be in a highly visible role reporting to the Company’s CEO, and CTO, receiving direct coaching and depending on the customer project, potentially customer facing as well. Your performance will have a material impact on the overall corporate success of Cause of a Kinds growth.
In this role, you will work on customer projects coverying an array of disciplines, languages and skills. Your day-to-day development efforts will help our agency customers continue to deliver on their brand vision. You will learn, grow, and ensure the delivery of our existing customer engagements and work on future product development if you so choose.
Skills Required:
Best practices in Scalable Software Development, Manage unit tests, system tests, and regression tests, estimate work units, work within the swim lanes of our agile development process and learn how to be part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Your technical acumen will be utilized from day 1 where you will first be brought up to speed with our existing frameworks, stack, and the overall database design. You will be required and heavily relied upon to trouble shoot, deflect, and altogether prevent any hiccups from occurring. This is actually a fun job with autonomy, established trust, and open minds that seek out creative suggestions.

Requirements:
Masters graduate with a keen passion towards Software Development (Application Security, Information Security, Network Security) and Networks.
